Before placing the order, customer can verify the shipping options & cost available for their region.We ship all our products through popular courier services like BLUEDART/DTDC/FEDEX/SPEEDPOST etc. The customer can select shipping method on checkout.If customer selected shipping service is not available for that particular location (Very rarely) ,we will use the best possible shipping method to fullfill the order. Depending upon the weight and Destination, the shop will automatically calculate shipping charges for different options and the customer can select accordingly. We do not export good outside India.
Cancel An Order:
If you need to cancel/update an address/change something about order please drop a mail at email@example.com. Our customer service will get back to you by email/phone within one business day regarding your request. Order once shipped can not be canceled or change.In some order ,cancellation may attract be 2% -3% bank charges . It depends on payment method used by customer.Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Yantrabot Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund request.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Product with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
You can claim a refund if you get a

(b) Damaged product
(c) Product which has no similarity with the product shown in the website.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account/ credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Shipping of returned item
To return your product, at first mail us at email@example.com and on fulfilling our return policy we will send you a mail withing a business day . Once we confirmed, you may send your product your product with original receipt from Yantrabot Technologies Pvt. ltd and Courier Reciept to: Yantrabot Technologies Pvt. Ltd Room No 14, Technology Incubation Center, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, Guwahati, Assam 781039 India.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, or else we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We return shipping cost only for order value above Rs.1500.
